- Wooi Tak is an experienced Information Technology leader with over 25 years of expertise in contact center technology management, technical support, and project delivery. His extensive experience spans the setup and maintenance of full-scale contact center infrastructures, as well as the design and implementation of multi-platform campaigns across Avaya, Aspect, Genesys and Open Source environments — supporting functions such as technical support, telemarketing, and customer service.
- Over the years, he has successfully built and managed numerous contact centers across the region, ranging from 80 to 500 seats. Currently serving as Director of IT & Telecommunications at SRG Asia Pacific, Wooi Tak plays a key role in ensuring that SRG’s contact center and business technology platforms align with the company’s digital transformation vision — driving innovation through future-ready, omni-channel solutions.
