- Atchuthan (“Atchu”) Krishnan is the Senior Director of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations at SRG Asia, bringing more than 32 years of progressive experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, and Back Office operations. His distinguished career includes key leadership roles at Tune Group, Digi Telecommunications, and Domino’s Pizza across Malaysia and Singapore, as well as 13 impactful years with Maxis, where he strengthened his expertise in operational leadership and strategic management.

Since joining SRG Asia in 2015, Atchu has overseen a dynamic workforce of over 900 full-time employees across 10 major projects. Renowned for his structured, data-driven, and people-focused leadership, he continues to drive excellence in service delivery, operational optimization, and client satisfaction. His steadfast commitment to performance and profitability has consistently enabled SRG to achieve — and often surpass — client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual Profit and Loss (P&L) goals.
